The Basics of FASTING

When I began my journey with the FASTer Way to Fat Loss I was amazed at FASTING in general. I didn't know anything about it, but very quickly learned that it was super beneficial for my body. I have hypothydroidism so I cannot do the 16:8 or the 24 hour fast here and there, I stock to 14:10 because I need more carbs than the regular person to help with my thyroid function.
Intermittent Fasting has done wonderful things for my hormones. It is a huge reason why I jumped into the FASTer Way because my hormones were out of wack and I needed some help.
Fasting helps increase fat loss. I wish I knew this earlier on in my life. I would have started a lot sooner (4 years to be exact). The increase in fast loss happens because when your body is finally done digesting your last meal your insulin levels are lower and your body is better able to reach into fat stores for energy. 
It is a simple daily habit that you can start doing at any time. I recommend doing it with a program like the FASTer Way because there are a few scenarios that you need to alter the fasting time slots e.g. Thyroidism.
You might find it challenging at first, but it doesn't take long to get the hang of things. You have to want to commit and you will be able to do it.
