Omega 3 Fatty Acids

Omega 3 fatty acids are very important to our bodies. They are essential because the body doesn't produce them on their own. We can get them from eating the right foods and supplementing. We can't get everthing we need from eating the right foods so it is important to supplement as well to make sure our bodies have the proper nutrients to thrive.

Here are some suggestions:
- makeral
- cod liver oil
- flax seeds
- walnuts
- sardines
- papaya
- salmon
- chia seeds
- pumpkin seeds
- soybeans
- eggs
- brussel sprouts
- spinach

You might not like all of these options but if you have pick 5 of them and make sure you add them to your daily diet, you will do wonders for your body. I like to add flax seeds, walnuts, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and spinach to my smoothies. You don't taste them when they are all blended together. Or have a banana with some walnuts. You can add them to yogurt or salads too. As for the proteins they can be for lunch or dinner a few times a week.

Eating right is step one. Step 2 is supplementing. Do you supplement for omega's? I sure do. I learned years ago that my body was lacking omegas and I really struggled to find the right brand until I found doTERRA. doTERRA has an XEOmega that supports your body so you are feeling amazing. So why do we need omegas you ask? See below.

Now remember, eating the right foods and supplementing are both suggested so that you can feel the best you!
