Do you ever find that there just aren't enough hours in the day?
That your mind just keeps racing at night when you are trying to go to sleep?
I tend to lay down and my brain instantly goes to "What didn't I accomplish today?" I make lists for the next day (in my head of course) and hope that I don't miss anything when I actually write it down. It used to keep me up for hours and hours at a time and I would wake up in the morning feeling tired.
I have learned that it is ok if I don't accomplish everything on my daily to do and that you just have to move it to the next day. Definitely picking "must accomplish tasks" are a good way to start your day. I have made it my goal to stick to my nightly routines. If I do, I am usually out within a few minutes. I use my Serenity spray on my pillows and sheets, I use my Sleep roller (which is a combination of Serenity or Lavender, Cedarwood and Vetiver) on all my pulse points and I put the same blend in my diffuser.
When I started with essential oils my goal was to replace my medicine cabinet. I was so grateful when I was able to swap some key items for essential oils. Especially ones we used regularly. It was life changing in so many ways. Now I can naturally help my body relax so that I can sleep peacefully and deeply.
