I love FALL. I love being able to grab a light jacket and head on outside. I am in love with the COLOURS of FALL too. Oh and of course apples. Usually about 2 weeks in I am sick of pumpkin and I move onto apples. I never get sick of apples. I grew up on an apple orchard so I love the taste.

Protein Cinnamon Apple Oats
Water - 1 cup
Oats - 1/2 cup
FASTer Way Vanilla Protein Powder - 1 scoop
Ground Flax Seed - 1 Tbsp
Cinnamon - 1/8 tsp
Apple (105g, diced) - 1
Mix altogether and bake at 350 C for 20 min.
FASTer Way Apple Pie Smoothie
Apple (medium, peeled and chopped) - 1
Banana (frozen) - 1/2
Oats - 2 Tbsps
Almond Butter - 1 Tbsp
Cinnamon (ground) - 3/4 tsp
Protein Powder (25 grams) - 1 serving
Unsweetened Almond Milk - 1 cup
