March Break is finally ending and kids are heading back to school. School 'stuff' is everywhere. You see school supplies being offered in bins at your local grocery store, and of course all the talks on FB about whether to send your kids or stay home. Literally every single person is talking about back to school this year. This year is definitely like no other ad will be remembered forever.
Summer has come to an end. My teenagers just woke up (11:30 a.m.) man, they are going to have a rude awakening next week when they have to be up at 6:45 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. So getting back to a routine is inevitable and in my opinion I am soooo grateful for it.
I know your time is very important so I will be quick and brief with what I have found and of course some of my favourites too.

Ways to help kids focus while doing homework:
By diffusing or rolling any of these oils on your body will help with focus, concentration, mood, etc. They all smell amazing and do wonders for kids.

Let's not forget our Immunity. It will be at the top of the list this year. Make sure you give the kids the support they need before heading off to school. These three oils would be at the top of my list.

I almost forgot one of the most important things to chat about and that is SLEEP. It is so important that our kids sleep well and feel rested in the morning. A great routine would be to put them in the bath with Lavender, Serenity or Adaptiv to help relax and calm them before bed. I also love to use those above topped with Cedarwood or Vetiver whether in my diffuser or in a roller.
